Rent is due on the day of the month that your lease started.

Each property has its own unique infrastructure, please refer to the individual property on this website for specifics.  The rent for some units may include Comcast basic cable, water, heat.

Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they’re in, etc.  To view our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please select the property that you’re interested in on our Communities page.

Apartments: No pets are permitted

Townhouses: (1) only one pet per house, (2) the yard must be fully fenced in and the pet kept securely confined within the fence, (3) the pet may not become a nuisance to you, your guests, other community members, Regional Management, Inc. personnel, sub-contractors etc., (4) the yard and unit must be properly maintained by you and kept in a clean condition satisfactory to us, (5) you must complete our pet application including a recent picture of your pet (6) you appropriately license, care for, and maintain the pet according to all local laws and ordinances and supply any records requested by us to include vaccination history (7) you agree that should the pet or the type of breed of pet become objectionable to us or by law that you will immediately remove the pet from the premises.

At this time we are not yet accepting online applications.  Please visit any of our rental offices to meet with a leasing agent to help you find a unit and assist you with the application process.
